Mom, where are you I can’t see you any more I don’t know what to do I feel so insecure You were always there To mend my every pain Broken hearts and despair And bruises all the same Thought I knew sadness I never had a clue My pain close to madness Now that I lost you Not a day goes by You’re not on my mind On this you can rely I’ll love you for all time Mom, I miss you so much, the way you used to hum when you did your handwork, your wonderful sense of humor, your beautiful smile, your deep love for family. There is a huge hole in my heart, even though I know you are still here. You promised on your death bed that you would always look after me, you were such a giving Mom. You taught me so much about life, even as a child. You even used to let me stay home from school when I asked you for more time to spend with you, now I'm so glad we had that extra time. I hope you are happy Mom, I miss you more than you know. Please keep looking after me, I still need you. I hope you are happy once again...Love, Mary.
