This is dedicated to all of you who are living without your Mom. This is my first year without my Mom, she turned 88 years last year...this is a really hard day for me. I have been reaching for the phone, going into the room she lived in..you name it. I feel like she is here, maybe she is. If any of you are having a day like this, I'm sorry, I know how it feels. The more time goes by I didn't realize how important she was to me. I felt like her 'kid', always asking her for advice, even until the week she died. I'm not trying to be a downer for the rest of you, in fact, I'm trying to let people know, EMBRACE YOUR MOM SPOIL HER WITH GIFTS, CROCHET HER AN AFGHAN, GIVE HER HANDMADE THINGS, WRITE HER A LOVE LETTER, BUY HER A LOCKET WITH AS MANY PEOPLE PICTURES, THAT SHE LOVED, IN IT, WRITE A POEM...JUST LET HER KNOW HOW VERY IMPORTANT SHE IS TO YOU. You will be so glad you did, trust me. Thanks for listening to me and happy Mothers Day to all of you, make all of your kids do the dishes, haha.
