February Is Healthy Heart Month..I dedicate this to "ALL OF US WOMEN"...

2-26 2011...2 more days and The month of February is over.I started out the month with healthy heart creations because woman are the most under diagnosed and Heart Disease is the #1 killer of woman today.I have heart disease in my family and my dad died when I was 3 years old from heart disease at the age of 37 years old.My husband has a metal cage valve that he has had since he was 18 years old!!!!My younger son has a congenital left valve condition that he has to be watched for!! I too have a condition near my heart that is inoperable........I guess God placed me and my husband together for a reason......He has such a good understanding of the HUMAN HEART AND IT'S CONDITIONS!!!! This is why I try to bring attention to it.. February Is Healthy Heart Month..... Heart disease is the # 1 killer of woman today ..Get the facts, talk with your Dr....Womens heart attack symptoms are much different than mens and can be mistaken for other illness's. .Heart Disease in Women...There are so many links and website for this number one killer in woman...Eat lots of fruit and exercise...Laugh positive thinking and LOVE!!! In fact, heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States. It is also a leading cause of disability among women. The most common cause of heart disease is narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries, the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart itself. This is called coronary artery disease and happens slowly over time. It's the major reason people have heart attacks. Prevention is important: two-thirds of women who have a heart attack fail to make a full recovery. The older a woman gets, the more likely she is to get heart disease. But women of all ages should be concerned about heart disease.
