The twins were abducted by their non-custodial father, Heladio Santiago Bautista. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on May 7, 1997. They may be in Mexico. Jennifer and the abductor have a nickel-sized mole on their backs. Stephanie's top two front teeth are discolored. The abductor may use the alias Francisco Benitez.
