How to use:
1 Make a Blingee.
2 Download Blinge.
3 Recolor Blingee.
4 Open image with Power Point, add transparent color and save image.
5 Show your OCs!

Tails - Tails
Accessorize - Dresses, hairpins, hats, shoes etc.
Cutie marks - Cutie marks
