Okay. Put a stamp on the picture twice. Lay them one upon the other. But not exact.
Then click "Layers" and the first of the two stamps. Then turn the button "no motion" to "Appear" or "Disappear". Maybe you have to change the transparency to make it perfect for you. That's it, I think. I hope I could help you with this explanation :) If not, ask again :D

I don't know what I can tell you about, how I did this Blingee... What exactly do you wanna know ? I'm sorry if I can't help you :)
